Again out in my pyjamas, a little bit later than yesterday's photo.

Yesterday I baked Mary Berry's treacle tart, and although I thought I would have failed the technical test while it was in the oven, I think it's actually ok! No soggy bottom, an even and fairly light filling, a proper lattice and a good bake. The tin was too big though so the pastry above the top of the filling, and I think my pastry could have done with a tiny bit more water or perhaps just have been a bit thicker.
