Out and About.....

It is Marlborough Day today.... a public holiday. It is usually a day that finds half the folk in Marlborough driving over the hills to Nelson city and Richmond for some retail therapy. I have done so in the past. But I contented myself with a low key day, pottering at home after a very early morning walk with Maisie. It got up to over 26C in our garden. Very summery. I have had hoses running on various dry areas of garden... we could do with some rain!
