A Day Late......

...for blipping this.
There were so many pics to choose from today....again.

We started off taking a trip our to Clarrie Hall Dam.....Peter Beetle and I.
Its always lovely there .......so peaceful.
Beetle decided to fall into the water.......it scared the life out of me as these type of dogs can't swim...or so I was told. 
He found a little island of debris which sank under his weight ....and then he took off again in the direction of the yellow water lillies and further out into the dam....he was swimming...... kind of.
As I put my camera down walked into the water to circumnavigate the slime and muddy yucky water he turned around and started to swim back.
Exhausted he made it to shore.....much to my relief that I didn't have to get into that horrid stuff...I didn't mind my soggy shoes.

We came home for a while....watched a movie...I had a snooze...knackered.
Then we got into the car and drove down to the coast to check the lovely sunset and meet the kids for some fish n chips for dinner.
I had to post this of the hero of the day and the extra is a very brave little guy who was really inquisitive on someones lunch box and water bottle at the dam.
AN: I had to plonk in a pic of the dam too...it really was just gorgeous.

One more sleep till blast off...Sleepy and I are off adventuring to NZ tomorrow.
