Moving

I walked up to the shop and noticed this guy on my way along the road. Wondered if he was still there on my way back.... Yup. Not moved a whole lot. He moved a bit more when I hit him with my flash.

What? I didn't hit him, hit him. I just threw a lot of light suddenly in his direction.
