I had a quick dash to the coast at lunchtime and spotted this mad soul swimming away (far left). He was not the only one either! Very brave as I read the sea is 19c!

Aside from work today, I've finished off one section of the banister and managed a session of BalletFit. I'll enjoy flopping on to the sofa later.
