The barn

I drive past this deserted, derelict building (WBC) whenever I head north. All it would need is lots of money (!) to transform it into an amazing steading with magnificent views of the countryside and dava .
Having said that, you'd need to be fairly hardy as 2 months of the year you'd be snowed in and the road shut.
