No more cheese Gromit

We had a road trip to Hawes today including a tour of the cheese factory and the tasting room - I was in cheese heaven, and making the most of it. I learned today that my cholesterol is rather high and needs to be remedied by a low saturated. fat diet, so I'm starting tomorrow, now where's the rest of that cheese - well someones got to finish it off!
