Christmas tree

I've never before encountered Halloween themed street lights - a sign that the Halloween holiday is taken a lot more seriously here in Toronto (and North America) than back home.

But not long before spotting this Halloween decoration, I came across my first Christmas tree of the year as a window display in a local store . . . words fail me.

Today has been about finishing off two assignments - one due tomorrow (now completed) and the other due on Friday (good progress being made). 

I made sure I got a break and made it to the gym, where the real highlight of the day was a 180lb back squat, my best for a very long time and a sign that I am slowly getting back into the swing of things.
