Arachnophobia

Out in the garden this afternoon, letting the kids run riot, getting mucky, and generally having fun. As usual had the camera out, this time with a combined 53mm of extension tube attached to a 18-55mm lens. Flying beasties don't like you getting to close - so no good shots of Bluebottles etc. But I did find a few spiders... The front mandibles (?) on this one look like they should be venomous fangs! Got a good few other shots, and had to decide which to post - I think this is the best. The others can be seen here.

At least the kids got to have some fun eating whats left of the strawberries, as well as some brambles that are growing along the edge of our garden, nice and ripe. Pity there's not enough to make some jam :/
