Poppy time

It is poppy time again. For a few weeks now everybody on TV has sported a poppy in their lapel. I have sought out the knitted one I bought last year. Most years we both buy two poppies so they get a double donation!
The poppies in the blip were in a hardware store and I bought one to stick in the garden and fill with bird seed. I hope the birds aren't scared off by the bright colour. 50p from each purchase goes to the British Legion.
