Tove Jansson
Unlike Joph I knew little about Tove Jansson - or the Moomins !
Today was a real education - what a painter , what an illustrator ;-).
 
An exhibition not only of the famous Moomins but illustrations of the Hobbit . The Hunting Of the Snark and paintings -self portraits and  wonderful abstracts  of the sea !( do see link ).
