Another day, another selection

Today involved a trip to that excellent Glasgow Institution, the Mitchell Library.  The objective of the trip was to deliver a sculpture for the forthcoming Royal Glasgow Institute show.  The sculpture has passed the online selection process and now moves to the next stage.  So we'll find out next week whether it has been selected or not.  Pity about the carpet though.

Another sculptor colleague of Ellen was also submitting.  A trip on a raised paving slab resulted in one of his pieces (a marble carving) being smashed.  All that work.  Gone.
