Today has been a busy day --- pool this morning 64 lengths ( small pool) ---- cuppa with my good friend ---- shopping ---- made meals to be delivered tomorrow ---- washing , then to complete the day my microwave has given up the ghost--- spooky or what on All Hallows' ooh!!
"A" I'm sure will be to the rescue and collect a new one for me tomorrow.

Thankful ...... for still being able to do exercise in the pool.
