Frustrations

We had a tedious start to our journey this morning with road closures and diversions but once on the M6 things got better until we arrived at our caravan site to find the electric gate shut and only an answerphone message on the keypad ......... More frustration and what to do? Mr T scaled the gate to find no one at home in the Farmhouse so had to walk some way up to the Farm where a kind farm worker came to operate the gate for us and told us the Site Owner would be returning tomorrow.

There were two other caravans on the site but no one at home so it looks like we're stuck here for the duration until someone gives us the gate code?!

Never mind, once pitched up Matilda warmed up in no time and a bottle of wine was opened early!! and a beautiful sunset. No wifi here but just a bit of 3G on the phone - so please bear with me.
