Autumn Colours

I had a blissful walk aroung The Garden House today. The colours of the Acers and hydrangeas in the afternoon sun were just stunning - so deep and rich. I also discovered mushrooms and a little robin who at one point perched on me! It was very interested in what I was up to and followed me from the mushrooms to the hydrangeas! It was obviously not a pond lover as it didn't follow me there! I resisted stopping for tea and cake and instead spent money on the half price plants and tools!
