YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP

Edinburgh Royal Infirmary emails my discharge letter which includes details of my prescription drugs to my local GP surgery.

Local GP surgery can't find email.

Edinburgh Royal Infirmary can't find their email either.

Local GP surgery asks me to supply the discharge letter.

Weemo is en route to GP surgery with a photocopy of the discharge letter as I don't trust them with the original. I just hope the surgical team are better at their job than the admin team.
