Back at the Uni

It was freezing cold today. But sunny, so a small adventure was a perfect plan for the morning. We headed out for a geocache with "terrain 3", which means it's likely to be difficult but not impossible to get to.

Mum had forgotten my sweater so I was eager to get going. It turned out that the forest was so dense that we wished we had brought a machete. Not that we own one. And I had to jump in tall grass and over fallen trees. It was fun! Finally we found the green bucket that was the cache and signed the logbook. Yay!

We drove past the university campus on the way back and mum suddenly remembered that there are food trucks there. And we were hungry! So we ended up having a gourmet burger and fries for lunch while we watched hundreds of students on bicycles coming and going. Great outing!
