One of Hong Kong’s most historical landmarks, is now a fine British Restaurant headed by Tom Aikens.

I was in the neighbourhood running some errands, and had to get a picture. Not sure if I’ve ever blipped this before.

The building and been restored and hosts a few restaurants, not just Tom Aikens’. Don’t miss the other iconic HK prop ... the red Taxi!

Been a good, victorious kind of day. Can’t say much more on that front ... only that it’s been powerful and meaningful.
