Fresh Air

I have been indoors for too long.
Seeking fresh air, out of the town, I ventured to the local RSPB lakes.
My favourite part is to walk through the woods to get to the lakes, the birds are so used to visitors here that they take seed out of your hand and the colours and shapes fascinate me.
Apparently there were a lot of interesting water birds visiting this week, but I find I can't focus and look through binoculars for very long, so this part doesn't hold my attention the same. 
The robin in my extra is waiting on the branch, before lightly popping onto a hand for a morning snack.
