Red-breasted Grosbeak

I'm going to throw some mud at the wall and see if it sticks. 

Okay, so my best guess is a female Rose-breasted grosbeak.  If anyone has a better guess, let me know. Edit:  turns out I was right.  Thanks, Terrifo!

My brother and SIL came  for a "massive" less than 24 hour visit to see mom.  Hmm...wonder if they could really spare the time.  I know, sarcasm doesn't help anyone.  But still...
Still feeling a bit under the weather between the shoulder and the UTI, but hey, neither is going to kill me so I can grin and bear it.  Going to try to catch up (just one day behind) because I have a special day coming and I want it to fall properly.
