I'm warm enough thanks

I took Chris for a wound inspection first thing this morning. All healing beautifully I'm pleased to report.

Having no definite plans for the day I was happy to take a friend out. She posted on Facebook she was going stir crazy at home following a foot operation and would trade drinks for being driven somewhere. We had tea and cheese scones at the seafront cafe in Bexhill watching a swimmer in the sea. It was lovely to catch up as we don't see each other regularly.

I've gone from chilly this morning (6c) to baking in the sun behind glass to chilly again this evening. Dave has his own solution as he can't reach the thermostat.
