Finding some space

Although autumn arrived early this year, these maples seem to peak at roughly the same week each year.

Its been an extremely busy week at work.  I think in part due to the time of year - everyone back from holiday and trying to get things done before Christmas.  Its felt pretty intense.  Thank goodness I have managed to get outside for a few short walks - sometimes it helps me to think through work related things and find a way forward with dilemmas, and at other times it gives me the space to switch off and enjoy the surroundings.  I hope your week is going well.
