LOOONNNGG DAY

sorry folks will try and catch up soon!!Actually it wasn’t as long as we thought it was going to be.
Left Home early for St Helier. First The Rev had more blood tests etc, then we had to wait for nearly 2 hours to see the surgeon (it’s ok we were added to her long list and she is so lovely we’d forgive her anything). She was very reassuring and stressed that The Rev must keep up the pain killers regularly as pain can cause high blood pressure. You learn something everyday!!
We eventually got home about 2 to be met by one of the local vicars who stayed for a cuppa.
After lunch we both fell asleep...The Rev for nearly 2 hours (absolutely unheard of). Short stroll to the local shops, then Tv and reading this evening.
