Rhododendron.....

....by the name of Apple Brandy.....

Simply adore everything about this small rhododendron, pretty, delicate trusses of cream flowers with an attractive pink edge stand out against the leathery green foliage, it's a keeper for sure.

I was up early and out in the garden, birds busily feeding young ones, yesterday's young fledgling is still around with no cats on the prowl, thankfully! It's been very warm, at least 27C but could well be more as I didn't check mid-day.

I spent a good portion of the day at mum's waiting for Spark to arrive to advise on installation of fibre. It was nice to chat and wander through her garden, it's looking very pretty in it's spring attire.

Thanks to Anni (BikerBear) for continuing to host flower Friday, spring flowers are in abundance at present and it's so hard to choose just one photo.......

Friday.......it's the weekend! :))) Should be a warm one in these parts with strong nor'wester gales.
