Rainbow Cake!

Happy Birthday to my Sister :)........ was so pleased that the inside of the cake actually worked when we cut it after how disastrous it looked before i put the icing on!...... our kitchen looked like an explosion in the skittles factory! ;)...... it was a surprise rainbow cake.... she asked me last week for a rainbow cake, i said no.... then told her that i had just baked her a plain sponge cake.... she loved it when she cut in to it! :D
