That's all folks!!

.....lovely, if windy, blue sky morning....wandered up to the The Mound to take some shots of the Bank Of Scotland HQ. Tomorrow, the HBoS flag will come down and in its place the black horse of Lloyds Banking Group shall take up residence on the Edinburgh skyline.

I know there'll be precious little sympathy for a bank in these troubled times blippers, but I'm rather sad that another old company (instituted in 1695) has gone to the wall. It's interesting to see how far Thatcher's experiment has failed with nationalised companies hoovering up smaller rivals....ironic really.
