Mount Teide

We had our first light rainfall this afternoon, probably the first they have had here since mid February. They could really do with a downpour for a few days to top up the external reservoirs which irrigate the farmed land. All our house water comes from underground reservoirs. This is Mount Teide on Tenerife which is usually but not always present on the horizon. A nice full moon tonight but my attempts at photographing it were dismal.
