Medieval Fair, Cocentaina

Today was another trip into the interior of Alicante Province .......showing once again, the differences between life on the coast, and living inland......
Another U3A trip, to a place of interest ...
The small town of Cocentaina was transformed into a Medieval settlement.....with the foods, the entertainment, the animals, the crafts, the music and singing of a by gone age....
My Blip today, shows a huge, circular BBQ...laden with different types of sausages and meats.......the smells of all the differing foods being cooked over wood and charcoal, was overpowering!
