Amazing colours...and then, roasted along with the onion, carrot and neep, tastes pretty good too! Enjoyed, as we comforted the terrified dog as multifarious neighbours entertained themselves again celebrating they know not what or why... But religious intolerance seems to fit well with these ridiculous times. We really should know better.
