The rope town called Bridport

We had a day trip to Bridport focusing on the long history of rope and net making enjoyed by this community.  We were lucky with the weather as it is pouring with rain this morning as I post this shot of WI members enjoying themselves.  The extra is women of yesteryear busy with their nets but also enjoying the fresh air.
