Mulled wine

In Sweden we drink hot mulled and spiced wine wintertime. It is always nice to start with the tradition. We thought this weekend was the right time to start, because both my husband and I have catch a cold. We serve mulled wine with gingerbread cakes with green mold cheese. It is yummy!
