Have you met our penguins yet?

(NB This blip is today on the front. Sat on terrace in the sun, at Vesuvio, and very pleasant. Now, 16:40 and starting to feel cold).

The Oceanarium now has a Penguin Pool (see signage atop the Noddy Bus). So, I popped in for a ½ price offer for locals last year. Didn’t disappoint. Whether or not they should be in ‘zoos’ is another matter.

Remember loving to see them in Regents Park Zoo as a child (not appreciating the architectural merits then).
