A little bit of sun

is all it takes to make some people happy!

A very poor forecast didn't really materialise today. A little early rain and then it was dry. I returned from our sister church in the next village where I had been taking money for our twice yearly Fairtrade coffee morning. Sun was unexpectedly streaming I to the conservatory much to the appreciation of Bluebell. ( It is only two nights since she declared it was now winter by moving into her bed under the radiator in the conservatory. For a good half of the year she ignores it but for the next approx 6 months she will sleep in there even fighting her way under the Christmas tree. At some point next
Spring she will abandon it!) Whatever the time of year like all cats she loves to find a patch of sun.

Unfortunately today's fundraiser clashed with Airedaleknitter's fundraiser in our church hall. Sadly I couldn't go to both but Chris did go to make his contribution. I hope both events have done well today.
