Winter shadow

It’s been a very busy day today post holiday and I must admit I’ve been struggling for Blip inspiration.

With the dark nights drawing in ever quickly I noticed that some aspects of the house I never normally notice seem to reflect a softer warmer light that is quite pleasant.

Take these silk flowers in a vase at the top of the stairs. At any other time I would not hive them a second glance but at this time of the year they have an eerie glow about them which I quite like.

Will try harder tomorrow.
