Cooking Workshop.

I had the pleasure of attending a cooking workshop down in Baddeck today.....about 10 of us attended, including Demmerast who was the cook!  Some of us helped prepare the food...i did a lot of chopping....and within an hour and a half we had the most delicious lunch!   Salad, fajita, roasted potatoes, breakfast sausages, and apples with caramel sauce for desert!   And it was all free!!!  

We have an amazing Food Hub on Cape Breton island, that i have to admit to being quite ignorant about....all the food prepared came from local producers!!!   I'm gonna join it for sure.....the quality of the food was wonderful.

another glorious day....sorry to hear about the snow out west tho...i know it is on it's way here....argggg!!
