Afternoon tea...

Today has continued in the same vein as yesterday... catching up and getting things done. G was quiet for AGES in her room writing reports and then scanning worksheets. I managed to solve a problem on an old laptop that has been annoying me for ages. It's only a temporary measure, but better than nothing.

Our friend Miriam invited us to Afternoon tea to celebrate her mum coming back to Dubai for the winter. (She's been away all summer) We had a super afternoon enjoying the delicacies of the hotel and catching up with everyone's news... I'm just posting two pictures of the tea. We were entertained by a concert pianist! :)

And on a personal note, my elder sister (who is also a grandma) is celebrating her 35th Wedding anniversary today! Time certainly flies.
