Getting ready for 'Granola Day'

Sunday is granola day...about twice a year i spend an afternoon making/toasting a quadruple custom recipe of granola. After about $80 worth of nuts and dried fruit i am ready to get started. We picked these items up on our way home from work on Friday night after a looong and too busy week at work. Looking forward to the weekend, i am teaching both mornings, which i love!
