Den

Yesterday I blipped her under a blanket fort. Today she's in the den she made under my desk at work. She even made a sign saying "Katie's den".

Holiday club this morning. We were looking at light and colour. Lots of fun craft, science, games, food and such. We all had a brilliant time- adults and children alike. Katie took the glow sticks that she got and used them in her den when I had to go into the office after holiday club.

Grandad and granny came for tea late afternoon. Katie had requested sausages and mash, so we obliged. After tea we did sparklers in the garden, though she seems to have forgotten that she conquered her fear of them last year. She relaxed a little by the end, as we ran out of sparklers! She sat on my knee looking at some photos from granny and grandads recent weekend away but could barely keep her eyes open.
