Seattle Seaplanes

Part of living on this lake is sharing it with the seaplanes.  A very calm but chilly morning for a walk along Lake Union. .  Only picture I took.   Hope it's just this calm for tomorrow's rowing races...but another weather front is due tonight,
Spent the afternoon at a very large service remembering our friend who died last month .. ....lots of good family stories....I was touched there was a feeling that when he was in the room, it just seemed like "EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT"  an iconic artwork by Martin Creed we recently saw at the Scottish National Gallery of modern art.  I felt that way about him too.
