Friends

I’ve known Jeremie since we were two 17-year old drama students. We’ve been friends, and even lived together for 7 years. At this point, we’ve become experts in each other’s drama and families. He’s also became a sort of uncle to the boys and has rescued me a few times, especially during my last pregnancy. Oli loves hanging out with him and when I decide to have children without a father, I decided to do all I could to give my children a few and varied great male models.

Today, I was hit by a monster migraine. The kind that makes you weep and ask for your mommy. I even considered calling an ambulance, but what would I have done with the kids? So I called Jeremie instead, and he came and played with Olivier as I rested.
