Tauhou (silver-eye, wax-eye)

Last weekend in Oamaru I bought this  wee bird feeder.  I've  hung it in the pitosporum outside my office window so I can catch the wax-eyes come and feed. 

This wee guy seemed to be trying to swallow the stalk whole.
