Look At The Size.......!

Of the Bramley Apples for my Apple Pies about to go in the oven today...
These are free-range organic Irish Bramleys given to me by my friend on Friday...from her brother-in-laws garden...
For speed I use ready made pastry..good quality...if that's ok with Jamie Oliver then it's ok with me...lazy I know!!!!
I have already made Apple Jelly with Rosemary & Garlic, Chillis and Citrus Juice..gorgeous...,!
