Early start to get to Dunbar for the first of the Foxlake winter series runs. Met loads of the Cani sport club there as they have allowed dogs to be run this year for the first time. Had a good run but the last 4K were on dune tops with a very narrow path, which has aggravated my ankle again. Finished in 1:13:12, as they do the same run at the end of the series I can see if I have got any fitter by March. Stopped off at the Brewstore to collect my mini kegs. When I opened the box at home the bungs weren’t there. Took Kilda for a run on the beach before going to do some shopping. Collected a Turbo trainer on the way back from Halfords as they have their Black Friday deals on. I don’t like this American encroachment into our culture along with Halloween being more important than Guy Fawkes night but I can swallow my principals for a good deal, shallow I know. Kilda had a bath when we got back as she is going to be cut tomorrow. Spent the rest of the night watching TV. My first batch of beer is ready to drink so that along with the run this morning put me in a happy mood,
