Nordic walking

We found a large fender attached to a rope, 2 fishing net floats, and tons of seaweed strewn on the beaches this morning. It was hat weather, extremely windy.
At lunch we invited Carolyn, Beverley and Richard who enjoyed our roast rolled rib beef and apple crumble, with no left overs!
