Out of the Dusk and Fog

..... emerged this handsome male chamois. I guess I was on his territory, he walked towards me as I kept still, maybe he thought I was a rival. When he veered off 2 other males appeared on the edge of the woods but they were smaller than this one. It has rained all day so he was very wet! I needed that walk though, after eating too much raclette with no. 1 granddaughter at lunchtime.
