Sprouting

It's been a beautiful autumn day. After visiting mum in Edinburgh we carried on round the by-pass and down the A1 to lovely East Lothian. We had lunch and a good walk at Smeaton. The nearby fields of sprouts went on for acres. I know they aren't just for Christmas but I'm sure a lot of these are destined for the festive table. For anyone who doesn't know what farming in East Lothian looks like I've included an extra. Stopped in Haddington for a walk by the Tyne then home in just over an hour which was pretty good going.
