missing him

We took Nelly for a walk in the woods this morning after it stopped raining. This afternoon I've been keeping busy finishing off some of the Christmas presents I've been making and Mr I has been in the garden. Nelly's looking rather sad sitting in her chair next to the windowsill - she misses her big Sid. They both used to sit here keeping watch on the road outside.
