On walk about.

H went for a C T scan this afternoon.had to have a dye injected and drink two large Glasses of water then walk the corridor before having his scan.its been a bright sunny day but cold ,it was cold in this waiting even the nurse remarked how it wasn't very warm there.nice to be home in the warmth.
