Cinderella goes to the ball!

This is the other half of my mother's doll!  See extra to see how it works!  The reason I'm blipping this doll is that my mother died 15 years ago today; and just as that night, I hear fireworks!!

Our youngest son, Little Missy's father, is actually running the New York Marathon as I type!  He has just passed the 20 mile mark!  It's fantastic there is an app and we are following him.  Our cousins in NY have put a photo of him at the 16 mile point and he's looking ok!  
He has finished: 4h25 mins!! 

I have been making chili apple jelly - it's delicious but hasn't enough chili!!
