A slow walk to Waterhead in the afternoon sunshine. In the photo three boat hirers are getting a 'driving' lesson before taking to the water. 

An even slower walk back. This morning I was repositioning a rug and pulled something in my back. The initial pain soon eased but I'm being careful how I move. Will hit the painkillers tomorrow if it still hurts. Tonight's medicine is alcoholic!
